I bought these stones after a bit of research online and emailing questions. I was curious to see what set these stones apart from the other stones I’ve seen online. Well one way to find out was to buy them. So I did. They are miles apart in the best ways from other jig stones. Quality is unmatched function and efficiency is phenomenal. I’ve used hand stones for years and these get the job done more efficiently and evenly than any hand stone I’ve used. I go from 950 to 4000 and my knives are the sharpest they have ever been!

Excellent stone finish stone for most uses. I have a full set of Shun's as well as others the 950 grit is all I need for a good many applications. If you feel the need you can always get to a surgical edge.
